Chikkajala metro station is a futuristic elevated metro station in the north-south corridor of the Blue Line (Phase 2B) of Namma Metro in Bangalore, India. This metro station is convenient for those traversing to Decathlon Anubhava Sports Arena, Chikkajala Police Station, and Chikkajala Lake. It will be operational from June 2026 onwards.
Purva Aerocity’s strategic location in the Chikkajala neighbourhood in North Bangalore is helpful for frequent travelers. The project location connects Hebbal, Yelahanka, Devanahalli, and Kempegowda International Airport (KIAB).
Through Blue Line Metro (Phase 2B), the Chikkajala Metro Station links Purva Aerocity to the entire city. The line connects Krishnarajapura (KR Puram) to Kempegowda International Airport. It consists of 17 stations, and the depot is in Shettigere.
Phase 2B will connect to the existing Purple Line at KR Puram and the Yellow Line at Central Silk Board. The line will also have an interchange with the proposed Orange Line at Hebbal.
